1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or enroll in a membership. Minors may use certain Services only with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Memberships, Classes & Facility Use

  1. Registration & Payments: Membership starts upon completion of registration and receipt of any required fees.
  2. Fees & Billing: All membership fees, class fees, and other charges are due as specified. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations and refund requests must follow the policy in the membership agreement or as posted on the Site.
  4. Facility Rules: You agree to comply with all posted rules, instructions from staff, and safety policies.

4. Online Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

5. Use of the Website

  1. Permitted Use: You may view, download, and print content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

  1. Risk Acknowledgement: Participation in athletic activities and use of fitness facilities involve risk of injury, disability, or death.
  2. Release: You hereby release A&M Sports and Fitness, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates from all claims or liability for any injury or loss arising from your use of the facilities, programs, or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A&M Sports and Fitness IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A&M Sports and Fitness and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, our in-person facility or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of state of Maryland (insert state where facility is located), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
