POSITION SECIFIC TRAINING

Whether you are interested in D-line, O-line, QB, RB, LB, DB, or WR positions, we have the specific type of regimen that will help you level up your game. Additionally, our volleyball position-specific training will help you excel against your opponents.

Andrew leads skill development sessions [Specific Position Linebackers] delivering expert coaching to enhance body, technique, athleticism, and game IQ. He works closely with athletes to tailor training programs that maximize performance and growth.
Dashaun Holloway
Trainer & Position Specific Specialist
Dashaun specializes in [Specific Position Linebackers and Lineman] training, providing advanced skill instruction and mobility work. He plays a key role in athlete development and program innovation to ensure training meets the highest competitive standards.
Jasmine Wallace
Trainer & Position Specific Specialist

Coach Jazz brings her passion, structure, and energy to A&M Sports and Fitness, specializing in volleyball-specific training.

With over 8 years of high school coaching and 3 years of club experience with Metro Volleyball Club, she’s helped athletes sharpen their skills, elevate their game, and earn commitments to Division I and Division II programs.

Alonzo Marshall
Trainer & Position Specific Specialist

Alonso is a highly respected football coach with 15 years of experience developing elite athletes, specializing in quarterbacks (QBs) and defensive backs (DBs). Known for his expertise in player development, Alonzo has coached at the prestigious Fork Union Military Academy, a program renowned for producing top-tier talent.
