PLEASE NOTE:
- $35 monthly fee to access basketball court.
- $35/hour for trainers to rent court, plus 20$ admin fee for each player.
- $35 fee for anyone who wants to access and play basketball on court as long as a trainer isn’t training on the court.

MARCUS SMITH
Marcus Smith is a former NFL first round draft pick and a passionate life coach and mental health advocate. Drawing from his own experiences with anxiety and depression, he empowers individuals through coaching to overcome challenges and foster resilience, while advocating for mental health awareness.
ANDREW BOSE
Andrew Bose is a former NFL linebacker turned certified trainer who specializes in high-volume training and mobility. He works with the general population and athletes alike, helping them achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs.
AARON WALLACE
Aaron Wallace is a co- owner of A&M Sports and Fitness and a private NFL D-line specialist. With experience coaching over 100 NFL athletes and youth athletes, Aaron is dedicated to enhancing performance and fostering skill development in sports.
DASHAUN HOLLOWAY
Dashaun specializes in training linebackers and linemen, providing advanced skill instruction and mobility work. He plays a key role in athlete development and program innovation to ensure training meets the highest competitive standards.
JASMINE WALLACE
Coach Jazz brings her passion, structure, and energy to A&M Sports and Fitness, specializing in volleyball-specific training.
With over 8 years of high school coaching and 3 years of club experience with Metro Volleyball Club, she’s helped athletes sharpen their skills, elevate their game, and earn commitments to Division I and Division II programs.
A former Division I middle blocker at North Carolina Central University, Jazz knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential — both physically and mentally.
Alonzo Marshall
Alonzo Marshall is a highly respected football coach with 15 years of experience developing elite athletes, specializing in quarterbacks (QBs) and defensive backs (DBs). Known for his expertise in player development, Alonzo has coached at the prestigious Fork Union Military Academy, a program renowned for producing top-tier talent.
In addition to his coaching career, Alonzo is a renowned youth trainer in the DMV area, where he has built a reputation for elevating athletic performance through his company, ZoSpeedAthletic Training. As the founder and lead trainer, he has designed and implemented specialized programs focused on speed, agility, quickness, and strength development for athletes aged 4–18.
Alonzo’s impact extends beyond training sessions. He has organized football combines, position-specific clinics, and camps, providing athletes with opportunities to sharpen their skills and compete at higher levels. His individualized coaching approach empowers athletes to maximize their potential and achieve personal and athletic goals.
