SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our small group training classes combine individualized attention with the energy and accountability of a team environment. By maintaining limited class sizes, we ensure proper form, measurable progress, and a motivating atmosphere that pushes every participant to perform at their highest level.
FITNESS TRAINING
Our fitness training services are designed to deliver structured, results-driven programming. We provide sport-specific conditioning, strength and agility development, and position-focused training that enhances speed, power, endurance, and technical execution. Whether preparing athletes for competitive play or helping individuals improve overall fitness, our programs emphasize proper mechanics, measurable progress, and disciplined training regimens that translate directly to improved performance.
Coach Jazz brings her passion, structure, and energy to A&M Sports and Fitness, specializing in volleyball-specific training.
With over 8 years of high school coaching and 3 years of club experience with Metro Volleyball Club, she’s helped athletes sharpen their skills, elevate their game, and earn commitments to Division I and Division II programs.
Alonso is a highly respected football coach with 15 years of experience developing elite athletes, specializing in quarterbacks (QBs) and defensive backs (DBs). Known for his expertise in player development, Alonzo has coached at the prestigious Fork Union Military Academy, a program renowned for producing top-tier talent.
